After twenty-four years of serving as the administrator of the Jena LADD (LaSalle Association for the Developmentally Delayed, Inc.) Center, Vicky Crooks is ‘easing’ into retirement. She is working hard to ensure that her replacement and her beloved LADD family (clients) both have a happy and smooth transition.
