The Jena Times Olla-Tullos-Urania Signal office in Jena will be closed on Friday, January 31.
Editor Craig Franklin announced that all deadlines will remain the same, however, no one will be in the office Friday due to a staff-planned event.
“We of course will be checking and monitoring all emails and social media messages during this time and we will respond as soon as possible to any correspondence,” Franklin said. “Any public notices, advertisements or news that needs to be in the February 5 issue will certainly make the paper if received by the appropriate deadlines.”
The following deadlines will still be in effect for next week’s paper, despite the office being closed on Friday: Legals/Public Notices: Thursday, 4 p.m. All News Items: Monday, 9 a.m. Display Advertising: Monday, 12 p.m. Classified Advertising: Monday, 12 p.m. For any questions, please call the office at (318) 992-4121 or email editor@thejenatimes. net.
