Saying goodbye is never easy. Whether it’s a relationship breakup, a loss of a loved one or losing a dedicated employee – it’s often a sad occasion. Such was the case last Friday as we said our “goodbyes” to a longtime staff member, Kristie Taylor. After 18 years of calling The Jena Times her home and extended family, Kristie resigned to take a job closer to her home in Marksville.
