The Prankster Got Pranked

I was hacked. No question about it. It was the only explanation I could come up with as I stared at the piece of mail I received a few weeks ago. As I flipped through the small pile of mail, my eyes were immediately drawn to a 6x9 envelope in blue and red with the official Biden-Harris campaign logo affixed in large letters across the top.
