Cynthia Diane Phelps, 52, of Tullos, passed from this life on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at her home in Tullos.
She was born July 17, 1971 in Columbia.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, November 20, 2023, at Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Jena, with Bro. Kent Nugent officiating.
Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin Phelps and Betty Strickland Phelps; and sister, Christina Phelps.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sisters, Charlotte Lee (Donald) of Tullos and Charmin Dodson (Danny) of London, Arkansas; nieces and nephews, Candice Phelps, Heather Smith, Ray Lee, Trinnity Hutzler, James Phelps and Dakota Phelps; seven great nephews; four great nieces; and many other family and friends.
