Leon Graham has announced that he is a candidate for Police Juror to represent Ward 7, subject to the action of voters at the October 14th election.

In making his announcement, Hall issued the following statement to the voters of Ward 7: “I am Leon Graham and I have lived in LaSalle Parish my whole life.

I am announcing my candidacy for Police Juror in Ward 7 in the October 14th election.
