Trout Man Dies in Winn Parish

A 29-year-old Trout man died from injuries he sustained after being electrocuted last Friday in Winn Parish, according to Winn Parish Sheriff Cranford Jordon. The Sheriff said Jessie Ira Jones was working a workover rig in the Texas Petroleum Colgrade Oil Field near LA 124 in Winn Parish when he came in contact with a high voltage electrical line during the late morning hours of September 8.
