Society has placed persons age 55 and over as the “Older Worker.” Have you thought about what your potential or self-worth will be to your company when, or if, you are what Society calls an Older Worker? Have you made plans for those “golden years” after retirement? Many people, after being retired for a couple of years or less, want to go back to work, to being productive again.
