Felissa “Sunshyne” Gibbs Anderson departed this life on November 4, 2022 and transitioned to her heavenly home. A beautiful, bouncing baby girl named Felissa Gibbs was born on September 23, 1967 to the late Warfield Gibbs and the late Bobbie Sue Gibbs in Crossett, Arkansas.
