The following were booked into the LaSalle Parish Jail in Jena during the past week. Charmane Waters, 39, of Lettworth was arrested October 14 by Olla police and charged with DWI w/child endangerment, refusal to submit to chemical test, illegal carry of weapon, battery of police officer, possession of CDS II, and introduction of contraband into penal facility.
