John Stott has officially announced his candidacy for election as Chief of Police for the Town of Olla, subject to action of voters at the November 8 election. In making his announcement, Stott issued the following statement to voters in Olla: “Please accept this as my formal announcement of my candidacy for Chief of Police for the Town of Olla.
