Detective Brant King with the LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office conducts a two-day active shooter response training at LaSalle High School last week alongside LPSO deputies as well as officers from the Olla, Tullos and Urania Police Departments in preparation for the academic year. King has conducted ALERRT training and drills in the parish over the past several years in different environments such as schools, churches, hospitals and various workplaces.
