70 Years Ago June 12, 1952 Tommy Otwell awarded State Farmer Degree at FFA Convention…LaSalle Parish was indeed well represented as the Jena Chapter had one member qualify for a State Farmer Degree. Tommy Otwell, of Walters, was qualified and elected to this post, which was quite an honor.
