On the late night of Sunday, November 28th a LPSO K-9 deputy was dispatched to a call reporting an abandoned vehicle on Roark Road. The deputy spoke to the occupant of the vehicle identified as Sara Kosh, 27, of Arcadia, who would not respond when spoken to.
