Marcelle Faye Jones, 60, of Jena, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at her home surrounded by loved ones.
She was born June 15, 1961 in Jena to the union of her parents, Clifton Otis Ford and Rose Marie Lutrick Ford.
Marcelle loved fishing, crocheting, and embroidering. Most of all, she loved her family and will be dearly missed.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with Rev. Kent Hatfield officiating.
Interment followed in the Hair Cemetery of Jena under direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc. of Jena.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Ricky Otis Ford.
Those left to cherish in her memory are her husband of 43 years, Ricky Joe Jones, Sr.; sons, Ricky Joe Jones, Jr. and Bryan Lee Jones (Calob); daughter, Amanda Fisher (Bill); sisters, Gail Joy and Nancy Tarver; grandchildren, Skylar Crawford (Adrian), Katie Wiley, and Matty Wiley; and great grandson, Keagan Crawford.
Pallbearers were Adrian Crawford, Clifford Boyd, Bobby Hebron, Bobby Blackwell, and Joe Hopkins.
Honorary pallbearer was Keagan Crawford.
