The LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office raised over $2,400 through a Boston Butt Plate Fundraiser on October 22 with 100% of the proceeds going to the Children’s Advocacy Network (CAN) to purchase Christmas gifts for CASA foster children. The meat was prepared by Sheriff Scott Franklin and the LaSalle Correctional Center provided sides and desserts.
