Olla has funding to upgrade water system

Olla Mayor Rhonda Elliott announced at the Council’s regular April meeting held Monday night of last week that the town now has the $1-million in funding for upgrading the town’s water system. The town received the 2020-2021 LCDBG (Louisiana Community Development Block Grant) funding for $957,100, which combined with local funds of $42,900.00, totals $1,000,000 needed for the upgrade.
